About Significant Delays in Factory Production Lead Times for Zippers

This is Yamayoshi from the ApparelX division.

Currently, there are significant delays in factory processing for metal zippers, coil zippers, and Vislon Zippers.

The reason is that trading companies have placed large orders as stock before the YKK zipper price increase, causing congestion on the factory lines.

Normally, lead times are about 2 to 4 weeks, but currently they are expected to take about 5 to 10 weeks.

* Processing lead times are also longer than usual because the number of items being processed has increased.

If it looks like we will not make the deadline, we will suggest alternative processed products, but please place zipper orders as early as possible.
