About refunds in points
If a refund to your credit card is inconvenient, we also accept refunds in "ApparelX points" that can be used within ApparelX.
These can be used at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen. If you would like a refund in points, please let us know when you contact us.
In the case of a refund in points, no refund fee will be charged.
