[Open for Business!] About Our Operations During the State of Emergency

In response to the growing threat of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), the Japanese government issued a state of emergency on 4/7.

At Design X, the operating company of ApparelX, and at Okura Shoji Co., Ltd., the main supplier, we are carrying out telework and staggered/shortened working hours as much as possible, while continuing order processing and shipping activities as usual during the period, with customer first. Phone lines are still open. Please rest assured.

However, please note the following points.

• Responses to inquiries may take longer than usual. We will respond as quickly as possible, but please understand.
• The main manufacturers are continuing operations, but shipping may be delayed depending on the product. In such cases, we will notify you on the product page and contact you individually.
• Our business hours for customer support remain the same as usual: weekdays 9:00 - 18:00.
