In preparation for the de minimis exemption rule ending today (8/29), EMS (Japan Post) and ECMS has stopped accepting packages to the US.
Their suspensions have no clear timeline and will continue to be suspended until further notice.
This unfortunately means that we will have to suspend our International Small Packet option for orders going to the US as well.
We are aware that this may cause an inconvenience as DHL shipping, the remaining alternative shipping option, is quite high in comparison.
We are working on seeing if there are any good alternative shipping options, however it will take us some time.
In the meantime, if you would rather use your own delivery account (under UPS, FedEx, DHL etc.) or if you have found another small package forwarder that you would like to use,
please feel free to let us know and we will accommodate your order.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation during this time.
If you have any concerns, please feel free to reach out to us.
