[New Feature] Referral Program: refer ApparelX and both companies get ApparelX Points

Thank you for using ApparelX.

Our Referral Program is now available to members of the international ApparelX sites. When you recommend ApparelX to business partners, other companies in your industry, or on social media, both the referred company and your company receive ApparelX Points. Just send your referral link. Rewards are added automatically, and no application is needed.

ApparelX Points for the referred company and for your company

A company that signs up through your referral link receives ApparelX Points for its first order as soon as its registration is completed. The points can also be used for shipping. When the referred company's purchases reach the condition within the period, your company receives ApparelX Points as well. Your reward is first added as "Pending" and is confirmed and ready to use a set number of days after the qualifying order ships.

On the international sites, ApparelX Points are kept in your account's currency (for example, USD). Rewards are also added in each company's currency, converted at the exchange rate on the day they are added. You can find the reward amounts and the condition for referring companies in your country or region on your referral page ("Refer ApparelX" in My Account) and in the terms.

If you refer a company in another country or region, the rules for that company's country or region apply. When the company signs up, we show the condition and reward for that referral under "Referral status" on your referral page and by email.

Send your referral link from "Refer ApparelX" in My Account

Open "My Account" from the menu at the top right of the header, and you will see "Refer ApparelX".

The page shows your company's own referral link. Under "Link to", choose the site for the recipient's country or region so the page opens in their language (referrals are recorded on any site). Click "Copy link" and send it by email or chat. You can also use the "QR code" for business cards and trade show displays (it can be scanned with WeChat), the ready-to-use message with "Send by email", and the buttons for X, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and LINE. On a smartphone, "Share with other apps" lets you send it with apps such as KakaoTalk.

You can also use your referral link on social media, blogs, and newsletters to recommend ApparelX to many people at once. People who open your link see your company name as the referrer. You can change the name or hide it on your referral page.

Recommend products directly from product pages

When you are logged in, the X, Facebook, and LINE share buttons on product pages include your referral code, and "Copy link" copies a referral link to that product page. You can share the fabrics and trims you recommend directly with your business partners.

The referred company sees your name and its reward

People who open your referral link see the referrer's name and the reward they can receive, in their own language. The sign-up page shows the same message, and the points are added as soon as registration is completed. We also let them know by email and ApparelX Message. The reward is added even if the confirmation email is opened on another device.

Make it clear that you may receive a reward

When you recommend ApparelX on social media or elsewhere, make it clear that you may receive a reward for the referral. The share text on your referral page includes "I may receive a reward if you sign up through this link." automatically. Please follow the advertising and disclosure rules of your country or region.

Check your referrals on your referral page

Under "Referral status" on your referral page, you can check how many companies signed up through your referrals, which met the condition, the rewards you received, and the next step for each. We notify you by email and ApparelX Message when a company signs up through your referral, when the condition is met, and when the reward is confirmed. We do not show the names or purchase amounts of the companies you refer.

Please note

• Members of both the Japanese site (www.apparelx.jp) and the international sites (apparel-x.com) can refer companies in any country or region. No purchase is required to refer.

• The number of rewards your company can receive per calendar year (January to December) is limited.

• Companies that are already members (including companies that registered in the past), your own company, companies with the same address, phone number, or email domain (excluding free email services), companies paying with the same card, and companies that registered from the same network as your company are not eligible.

• Orders paid on account do not count toward the condition. For companies outside Japan, orders delivered to addresses in Japan do not count either.

• Please do not place your link in search ads that use the ApparelX name, post it on coupon or points sites, describe ApparelX inaccurately, or send it as spam.
