Training in delivery operations

Hello.

I am currently training in delivery operations.

Delivery refers to the work from receiving an order to shipping the product.

All of that work is carried out using iTeams.

First, when an order for a product comes in, we enter the order.

This is the order entry screen in iTeams.

The data entered here can be called up when placing orders or purchasing, which helps the work move smoothly.

By the way, in the case of ApparelX, once the customer places an order, the data is converted automatically, and the order information can be called up with one click.

Once order entry is finished, we enter the purchase order.

In the unprocessed purchase order schedule data on the right, the items whose order entry has been completed are listed, and clicking them also calls up the order data for each supplier.

Depending on the supplier, the ordering method may differ, but most of the time it can be completed in iTeams.

When the order information is entered, a purchase order is created with each piece of information automatically filled in.

Thanks to iTeams, we can proceed very smoothly.

Handling inquiries and answering phone calls are also done during this time, and the senior delivery staff stay busy without a break.

When the ordered product arrives, we enter the shipping information.

Then it is packed and delivered to the customer.

Since this is my first time even working for a company, I learned a lot from discovering that there is a process like this behind delivering products.

Right now I am only being allowed to handle simple orders, but I will do my best so that I can be trusted with work quickly and with confidence!
