Hello. How are you all doing?
The number of people in the city is rapidly decreasing.
At our company, a trial telework program was held for five days this week for employees who were able to work from home.
It was a week where I brought forward my originally planned implementation of telework and gave it a try.
I worked from home for two days, today and yesterday, the 5th and 6th.
It was my first time working from home, so I was really nervous the day before because I had a lot of concerns, such as what to do if I ran out of things to do, whether I could do it properly, whether the Wi-Fi would be okay, etc.
However, telework was actually full of good things.
I think it's best to start work at the time you would normally leave home, as it reduces your commuting time.
Also, it's nice to be able to eat lunch at home, which saves money on food. (lol)
In addition, you can eat senbei (rice crackers), which are sweets that make weird sounds that you can't eat in the office.
Regarding remote participation in meetings and morning meetings, I had a hard time finding background that I could show to people.
If I could have shown a hyper-stylish background here, I might have gained a lot of attention within the company, but that wasn't possible.
Can you show your home to anyone?
My house needs improvement.
Since telework is expected to increase in the future, I would like to create an environment that is even easier to telework than it is now.
