Payment Methods

You can choose the following payment options as of now at ApparelX Global site. (There are the other ways at ApparelX in Japan.)
* Credit Card / Digital Wallet
* Bank Transfer (in advance)
* Payment On Account

Credit Card

You can check with your credit card, entering your credit card number, expiration date and security code for each payment on the checkout page. The available type of cards are followings:

* Visa
* Mastercard
* American Express
* JCB (Only Japanese Yen)

Your card is charged when your order ships (orders that take many days to ship may be charged before shipping). If the amount is reduced before your card is charged, due to cancellation or quantity change, we charge the reduced amount. If it is reduced after your card has been charged, for example when the order or an out-of-stock item is canceled, we refund the difference to your card within a few days (after our refund processing, it takes about 5-10 days for the card company to complete the refund). If you reduce the total yourself after your card has been charged, by changing the order or the shipping address in Order History, the difference is returned as ApparelX Points (we do not refund to your card). In the case of an increase, the supplier will contact you separately.

Digital Wallet

You can check with your favorable digital wallets. The available wallets are followings:

* Google Pay
* Apple Pay
* Alipay
* WeChat Pay
* Naver Pay
* Kakao Pay

The availability of the above wallets depends on your country and your device. Google Pay and Apple Pay are charged when your order ships, the same as credit cards. Alipay, WeChat Pay, Naver Pay, Kakao Pay and some other payment methods are charged when you place the order.

Bank Transfer

This option can be selected only when the total amount exceeds the equivalent of 100,000 JPY. If this option is available, you can make a bank transfer with the information below:

Once we have confirmed receipt of your payment, which may take 2-3 business days, we will begin arranging the items for you.

Payment On Account

This is a payment method for you to pay the invoice due to prior application. Please apply for the closing date and payment date within 1 month on My Account page. We will send the invoice within 5 business days from the closing date, so please pay the invoice by bank transfer by the payment deadline. In addition, we apologize for the inconvenience, but customers will be charged a transfer fee for charges less than 10,000 yen.
