Ordering from Taiwan

For addresses in Taiwan, checkout shows the delivery options available for your order, with the carrier, the estimated delivery days, and the delivery fee of each, before you place your order. They usually include:

• DHL or SF Express Standard: arrives in about 3–4 days after dispatch. This is the option we recommend.
• SF Express Economy: arrives in about 4–7 days after dispatch, at a lower fee.
• ECMS: arrives in about 4–10 days after dispatch, at a lower fee. Only for sample cards and parcels under 2.0 kg, and available only when your order is eligible.
• Combined delivery: ships together with your earlier order to save the delivery fee. Shipping may take longer.
• Your own delivery account: if you have your own carrier account (for example, DHL), we can ship with it and charge no delivery fee. A handling fee of JPY 2,000 applies for export procedures such as the invoice, packing list, and export packing. To use it, send us the carrier name and account number through the support page; we enable it after checking.

Delivery times are counted from the day we dispatch your parcel and do not include customs clearance. For more about each method, see Delivery.

• When you are logged in, prices are shown in your account currency. For accounts in Taiwan, this is usually New Taiwan dollars (TWD). To see how we convert prices from Japanese yen, see Currency and Exchange Rates.
• Japanese consumption tax is not charged on orders delivered to Taiwan.
• Our prices do not include Taiwan import duty or business tax (VAT). If they apply, you pay them at import as instructed by the carrier or customs.

Under Taiwan Customs rules, the importer's ID number must be declared for shipments to Taiwan: your company's Unified Business Number (統一編號) or, for individuals, your National ID number (身分證號碼). We will ask you for it. If you cannot provide it, we cannot ship your order.

As required by Taiwan Customs, you may also be asked to complete real-name verification in the EZ WAY app. Please cooperate so that your parcel can clear customs.

Shipments of TWD 50,000 or more automatically go through formal customs clearance.

• Your address is printed in English on the shipping label. If you enter it in Chinese, please check the English address shown at checkout and correct it if needed.
• Enter the recipient's name and a phone number where the carrier can reach you.
• Enter your postal code.
