Since the ban on overseas travel due to COVID was lifted, many customers from around the world have been visiting the ApparelX office. Japanese customers visit us every day, but we don’t get many opportunities to meet and talk with overseas customers in person.
Last month, I had the chance to meet a customer from Indonesia.
With a background as a bag and backpack manufacturer, they have adopted many innovations, considered the environment, and created an original sustainable product line using ApparelX nylon recycled textile.
