At ApparelX, where everything from Japanese outer fabrics to accessory materials is available, we handle apparel product sewing contracts.
In particular, by working with a Japanese three-star order factory that specializes in heavyweight garments, we can produce high-quality jackets and pants in small lots from 50 pieces.
For other items as well, we partner with Japanese sewing factories to handle all items, not just heavyweight garments, and deliver high-quality products.
Please use our site as your platform, where both textile and accessory material sourcing and sewing can be arranged in one place.
For Company M, our first contact came when they asked us about our original haircloth interlining for jackets.
We also discussed sewing, and since the main concept this time was a jacket using haircloth interlining, we moved forward with sewing at our partner made-to-measure suit factory, where haircloth interlining construction is a true specialty.

The customer already had well-prepared specification sheets and patterns, so the sewing process moved smoothly.
The quantity was quite small, just a little over 10 pieces. (※ Processing charges vary depending on the number of pieces.)
Depending on the factory’s situation, we may be able to accept even a very small quantity like this one, so please feel free to consult us.

We also arranged all accessory materials in one stop. This time, including the haircloth interlining that sparked the project, everything from buttons to shoulder pads was sourced through ApparelX,
or used from factory stock, so for Company M, everything except the outer fabric was completed with sourcing only from us.
It saves time and allows them to focus on creative work.

The factory used for this sewing project is one of our main partner factories, TexTech, a made-to-measure suit factory certified as a three-star factory by IACDE.
By merging with a ready-made garment factory that also handles collection brands, it became possible to produce ready-made garments while taking advantage of the technical strength of an order factory.

The intricate design and the cut details are beautifully finished, giving a sense of stable quality.
The lapel roll is also beautifully formed, showing the combination of a designer brand and a tailored factory

This is the under collar felt specification unique to a made-to-measure suit factory. It also helps differentiate the jacket from those produced in ready-made garment factories.

An indispensable machine for haircloth interlining construction, this German STROBEL machine enables automatic sewing of suit jackets and jacket lapels. Although it is a very expensive machine, it is essential equipment for efficiently producing high-quality products.
So, what do you think?
We work with sewing factories in Japan and can also handle casual items other than heavyweight garments, so please feel free to contact us about those as well.
Pattern making is also available, so if you send us reference images or the like, we can start with a quotation.
The minimum lot is 50 pieces, but we are open to consultation, so please feel free to contact us.
