Hello, this is Kayaba from ApparelX.
Today, I'd like to introduce Japanese denim fabrics, which have gained worldwide popularity.
Japan's denim production areas are concentrated from Okayama Prefecture to Hiroshima Prefecture, where numerous specialized factories are dedicated to different stages of production, such as dyeing and weaving.
These factories work together to form a thriving denim manufacturing hub.

There are several manufacturers in production areas, but even if you try to purchase directly, you may encounter cases where the products are made-to-order, requiring a large minimum lot size. (For example, renowned manufacturers like Kaihara Denim.)
At ApparelX, the fabrics we sell are stocked by fabric manufacturers, allowing you to order without a minimum lot size, starting from just 1 meter.
Such purchasing channels are quite rare, aren't they?
Additionally, at ApparelX, you can find not only fabrics but also essential materials for apparel production, such as YKK zippers, high-quality natural buttons, resin buttons, and interlinings—all in one place!
Now, let's get back on track and introduce some denim fabrics available at ApparelX and their manufacturers.
Since its founding in 1983, Duck Textile has been a manufacturer specializing in the planning, development, and sales of heavy cotton fabrics, with a focus on denim. Headquartered in the Bingo-Bichu region of Hiroshima, a well-known denim production area, the company collaborates closely with local weaving mills to create products that meet diverse needs. At ApparelX, we offer a wide range of denim fabrics, including options with wash processing.
The first fabric we'd like to introduce is this ultra-heavyweight 22oz selvedge denim.
With such a substantial weight, it's important to note that only a limited number of factories may be capable of handling its sewing.
However, for those looking for something beyond the usual jeans weight (typically around 12-14oz), this fabric is a great option.
This denim fabric has an 80's look and feel. It becomes softer after washing.

They manufacture and sell a variety of textiles, including indigo rope dyed denim, hickory and other striped and checked textiles. They also produce to order to meet the needs of their customers. They also manufacture fabiric, which is used as material for uniforms and work clothes.
This is a 14oz denim with a wide range of color variations.
Its versatile thickness makes it suitable for both jackets and pants, and with so many color options, it's perfect for planning various items.
The patchwork pattern is created using state-of-the-art jacquard looms. Since indigo dye is used, you can enjoy the fading and changes over time just like denim.

ALLBLUE operates from its office in Kojima, Kurashiki, Okayama Prefecture, Japan, an area famous for denim and jeans production. We wholesale casual fabrics made by manufacturers all over the country, mainly high-quality Japanese denim (from Bingo), and plan and sell original textile. Although we are a new company, the average age of our employees is young and energetic, and we work to our motto of responding accurately and quickly to the diverse needs of our customers, famous domestic and international brands, apparel manufacturers, and factories.
By using 7- thread opening end yarn(OE thread) for the warp thread, it has a drier and lighter texture than regular ring thread. Also, by deliberately using straight thread , it recreates the atmosphere of the 1970s and 1980s.
This is a denim fabric dyed with natural indigo using the rope dyeing method. It features the distinctive deep color that only natural indigo can provide.
