Referral Program Terms

1. Eligibility ApparelX members (on the Japanese and international sites; companies and sole proprietors) can refer other companies. No purchase is required to refer. You can refer companies both in Japan and outside Japan.
2. Recording referrals A referral is recorded when the referred company starts registration on the same device within 60 days of opening the referral link. If several referral links are opened, the last one counts. In countries and regions where cookie consent is required, the link is stored on the device only if you consent; otherwise, the referral is recorded when registration is started directly from the referral link.
3. Reward amounts and conditions Reward amounts, conditions, and periods are determined by the referred company's country or region (the one registered with ApparelX), as shown in the appendix table below. Amounts are set in Japanese yen. Companies in Japan receive yen; companies outside Japan receive their own currency, converted at the exchange rate on the day the reward is added and rounded to two significant digits. The referring company's reward is also added in the referring company's currency.
4. Reward for the referred company When registration is completed, the referred company receives the points shown in the table. They are valid for the number of days shown after registration and can be used for purchases on ApparelX, including shipping. They cannot be exchanged for other rewards or cash.
5. Reward for the referring company When the referred company's purchases (product subtotal excluding tax, shipping, and amounts paid with points or coupons) reach the total shown in the table within the number of days shown after registration, and the order has shipped, the referring company receives the points shown in the table as "Pending". Orders in other currencies are counted in yen at the conversion applied at the time of the order. For companies outside Japan, orders delivered to addresses in Japan are not counted. The reward is confirmed after the number of days shown following shipment of the qualifying order, provided there are no cancellations, returns, or refunds. Orders paid on account are not counted.
6. Limits Each referring company can receive up to 20 rewards per calendar year (January to December) for referring companies in Japan and up to 10 for referring companies outside Japan. Depending on the budget, a reward may be added in the following month.
7. Exclusions Companies that are already members (including companies that registered in the past), the referring company itself, companies with the same address, phone number, or email domain (excluding free email services) as the referring company, companies paying with the same card, companies that registered from the same network as the referring company, and other cases we determine to be fraudulent are not eligible.
8. Disclosure when referring When you recommend ApparelX on social media, blogs, newsletters, or elsewhere, make it clear that you may receive a reward for the referral (this is added automatically to the share text on the referral page). Please follow the advertising and disclosure rules of your country or region.
9. Prohibited activities Please do not place the link in search ads (including ads that use the ApparelX name or similar words), post it on coupon or points sites, describe ApparelX inaccurately or misleadingly, send it as spam, or refer another company of your own.
10. Cancellation If fraud or a violation of these terms is found, we may cancel rewards that have been added.
11. Display and notifications People who open a referral link see the referring company's name (you can change or hide it on the referral page). We notify the referring company when a referred company signs up and when it meets the condition. We do not share the referred company's name or purchase amounts.
12. Changes and termination Rewards and this program may be changed or terminated. Rewards for conditions met before termination will still be added.
13. Points Points are handled in accordance with the ApparelX Points terms.
