(The same applies when the customer dyeing is done in a different color; please be careful.) ･When using on textiles made of rayon, cotton, linen, etc. (cellulosic fibers), please indicate dry cleaning (petroleum-based). ･If textile products are left wet, color transfer may occur, so please dry them immediately. ･Using a household dryer may cause fraying or shrinkage of the product. ･Please note that the design, size, and color of the product may be changed or production may be discontinued due to our circumstances. 〈Handling of Linen-Blend / Raw Cotton Products〉･Friction during dyeing and washing may cause the surface of the product to fuzz and turn whitish. ･Since it has the characteristic of shrinking easily when wet, please be careful when washing or dyeing. ･Due to the characteristics of linen and raw cotton, oil may bleed out, especially when wet, so please be careful when using on light-colored textiles. ･For colored items, because of linen's characteristics, if left wet, they are prone to color fading and color transfer, so please avoid water washing and use in combination with other colors.

Can tassel finishing be applied to cords?

Tassel finishing is possible using cords. It can be done simply by untying the cord, or by attaching a separate thin cord to the cord end. Since this is manual processing, a separate quote is required. Please contact us via the support page for details.

What materials can be heat cut?

For synthetic fibers (polyester, nylon, acrylic, polypropylene, etc.), heat cutting is possible.
For natural fibers (cotton, linen, silk, etc.), heat cutting cannot be used because they will burn or char, so only scissors cutting is possible.
Even with synthetic fibers, extra-thick twist cord may not fuse properly, so please be careful.

Is it possible to specify an angled cut edge for heat cutting?

Angled cutting is possible, but since it is done by hand, there may be a deviation of a few degrees.
Please specify 45° diagonally, etc. when placing your order.

What do 7×7 mm and 9×9 mm mean in the width notation for binder tape and knit tape?

This width specification has a groove in the center and is used by sandwiching textile, etc.
In the case of 7×7 mm, it becomes 7 mm when folded in half.

Is it possible to have tape or cord cut one by one to the specified length?

Yes, that is possible. Please select either scissor cutting or heat cutting from the options on each product page and enter the quantity.
Please write your desired length in the notes section at that time.
Since cutting always results in some cutting loss, if the number of cuts is large, it may not be possible to cut all of them from the number of rolls you ordered.
In that case, our order staff will contact you to confirm whether to cut as much as possible from the number of rolls ordered or to add more quantity.
