How to Choose SENDA Textiles

SENDA handles textiles mainly for bags, including canvas, plain weave fabrics, twill, synthetic leather, and mesh. You can choose from a wide range of materials, from natural fibers to synthetic fibers, including cotton and polyester, with nylon as the main option.

If you want a firm texture, canvas woven densely with thicker yarns is a good candidate. If you want to make the most of the diagonal ribs on the surface, twill is an option, while if you prioritize lightness, strength, and abrasion resistance, nylon is a useful choice. Customer reviews mention its moderate firmness when made into bags, ease of cutting, and how easy it is to check the color tone and thickness.

This introduction was written by AI based on product data, reviews and the ApparelX Wiki.

Customer reviews

4.5 (4 reviews)
ApparelX memberAug 4, 2020
It was nice that the firmness was just right.
I ordered a sample and checked the color and thickness. I was a little worried because the glue was firmer than I expected, but when I finished it on the bag, it had just the right amount of firmness and blended well with the outer material. It was also very easy to cut.

For leather craft
I used it as a lining for my wallet. It is convenient that the sample card includes a color comparison chart for YKK zipper and Vinimo thread.

Great value for 6M or more
Anything under 5M may seem expensive due to the cutting fee, but anything over 6M is a good deal.
It is used for the part that corresponds to the back of a backpack. Common double raschel .
When cut, a large amount of small fibers are scattered, making it difficult to handle.
Unfortunately, the edges of the textile have weaker cushioning than the center, so you can't use the edges.

Frequently asked questions

QAbout the packaging of SENDA textiles
SENDA textile is packaged wound around a paper tube, even for orders of 1 m.
QCan I place an order for textile without any joins?
Cut-to-order quantities are possible, but for orders of 5 m or more, piece breaks may occur.
If there is a piece break in a cut order, we cut it a little longer.
Also, even for rolls, there may be piece breaks, so please place your order with some extra allowance (loss).
QI ordered the textile by roll, but isn’t the quantity the same as what I ordered?
When you order textile by roll, it is usually arranged as an estimated roll, so the quantity may be slightly above or below the quantity you ordered.
Therefore, if we need to change the quantity from what you ordered, we will notify you of the updated quantity by email each time.
If the quantity is greater, we will request additional payment for the difference; if the quantity is less, we will refund the difference within a few days after shipment is completed.
QI would like the test data for the textile.
support page, or please include it in the remarks field when placing your order. We will check with the manufacturer.
QThe color of the sample card swatch and the actual textile I ordered differ. Can it be exchanged?
There may be slight differences depending on the fiber material, and fiber products can vary in color from lot to lot. For that reason, we cannot offer an exchange for slight variations, but if the color difference is significant, we will consult with the manufacturer and arrange an exchange or other appropriate response.
