I have actually used this product number myself, and while this is subjective, I would like to share my impressions of how it feels to use.
It has a smooth, matte touch and a texture that doesn’t feel like typical lining fabric, so it can also be used as outer fabric; it’s a slightly stretchy textile that is very easy to work with.
(Rather than stretch, I was looking for something that would follow a little when pulled, so this degree is just right.)
It has a soft, drapey feel and is less likely to wrinkle, but it is somewhat difficult to press, and once wrinkles form, dry heat does not remove them very well, so steam is needed.
If you casually leave it on your worktable, you’ll notice before long that it has fallen to the floor, and although I was worried it might be difficult to sew, it was surprisingly cooperative and I was able to sew it without any particular trouble.
I expected some sheerness, and as anticipated, light colors show through even without holding them up to the light. When using Tanipon #13 for the lining and black for the outer fabric, the seam allowances on the lining side are visible very clearly.
