This is a carefully crafted product that faithfully reproduces the manufacturing methods and materials used at the time, focusing on zippers from the 1930s to 1950s.
This is an extremely old manufacturing method in the history of zippers, and uses non-ferrous metals such as aluminum (AL), red brass (G), and nickel silver (N) as the element materials.
The press-molded elements are heavy and solid, and because they are not plated, they have a unique atmosphere that allows you to enjoy the changes in the material over time.

Zipperland is a historic company that actually existed in America in the 1930s.
The trademark rights to this brand, which had become obsolete over time, were acquired and reproduced as a vintage zipper.

1. We faithfully reproduce the manufacturing methods and standards of the 1930s, 1940s, and 1950s.
①The tape is made of 100% cotton thread and woven on a traditional power loom. The weft threads are woven tightly to create a strong tape.
②The cord is made from separate 100% cotton thread twisted together and carefully sewn onto the tape.
③The slider, open fittings, and fasteners have been reproduced to retain the original shape and feel.

2. Characteristics of WALDES Zipper 1. The elements are not plated. Therefore, the Zipper will change over time along with the leather or denim.
This allows us to create a unique vintage feel that is not found anywhere else.
②There are many options for specifications such as sliders, open fittings, and fastening fittings, so you can choose accessories that suit your product without compromising. ③Cotton in particular has a unique texture and feel, and is an environmentally friendly product.
④The texture of materials from the 1930s, 1940s, and 1950s is suitable for modern vintage fashion.

3. Product precautions: 1. Cotton tape is inferior to polyester in terms of friction, tensile strength, and color fastness. In addition, the product dimensions tend to shrink depending on the environment and conditions.
② Cotton tapes have a durability of grade 3 or less. They are prone to color transfer and fading due to processing, washing, friction, sweat, and light, so care must be taken. ③ Cotton tapes may have some color variation depending on the dye lot.
4. Due to the shape of the elements, metal zippers may have different slider movements on the top and bottom, such as in two way separator opening or double specifications.
⑤The AG and BK specifications of the elements are not plated but are specially treated with chemicals. The color of the elements may transfer to the textile when sewing. The surface may also change due to friction or post-processing.
