The color will fade as the design is intended to change over time.
It has a casual look with a washed rolled finish.
It is characterized by a rough texture including neps and knots.

Features and Notes: Woven in India, where the origins of the word indigo lie (there are various theories).
The image combines the rough feel of hemp with the texture of denim.

This product uses indigo dye for the warp threads.
This causes the color to fade.
Enjoy the changes over time.

HK2001 and 2002 are greige fabric, while HK2001W and 2002W are made from raw roll washed fabric.
As the greige fabric is left as it is after weaving, it is unrefined and wrinkles may occur during rolling.
The reduction rate is about 10% both vertically and horizontally.
When using roll wash, wrinkles are unavoidable, so the actual width may vary slightly from the stated width.
Sharp wrinkles are especially likely to occur on the ear side.
Please be aware of this.

We control quality by inspecting products according to standards that differ from those used in Japan.
Because natural materials, especially linen, are used, there will be neps and knots to varying degrees.
In case of any problem, please let us know before cutting.
