• This thread retains the appearance and feel of ordinary polyester filament, and produces beautiful seams.
• It prevents machine thread jams caused by coating flaking off. It also improves work efficiency because there is no need to clean away any flaked residue.
• With outstanding adhesion, it causes fewer problems than conventional resin-coated thread in double-needle sewing and multi-directional sewing.
• Because twist migration is suppressed, there is no twist buildup, loop shape is good, and problems such as skipped stitches do not occur.
• Since the fibers do not open when the thread is cut, it is easy to thread through the needle eye.
