The personal belongings of Collect sales staff member M were cut up and analyzed, and then faithfully reproduced.
The material is Weapon, which is made of uneven thread, but from past experience, when two- thread uneven thread are twisted together, the uneven shapes cancel each other out and the unevenness disappears, so we made it using a tricky method of twisting together straight thread and uneven thread of different counts using the Kabe twist technique.
To give it a vintage feel, the finishing process involves no wool or mercerizing, and the fabric is dried using Luciole drying (hot air drying with the textile placed on a mesh), so as not to put stress on the textile.
This allows you to feel the texture of the raw material itself, and the material has a fluffy texture.

I ordered the textile by roll, but the quantity is not the quantity I ordered?

If you order the textile by roll, it is usually arranged in random rolls, so the quantity you receive may vary.
Therefore, if you change the quantity you ordered, we will inform you of the quantity by e-mail each time.
If the quantity is large, we will make an additional payment for the difference, and if the quantity is small, we will refund the difference within a few days after the shipment is completed.

The color swatch in the sample book and the color of the textile I actually ordered are out of sync, is it possible to exchange it?

There are some differences depending on the material of the fiber, but for textile products, color deviation may occur depending on the lot. Therefore, if it is slightly blurred, we cannot exchange it, but if it is considerably blurred, we will discuss with the manufacturer and take measures such as replacement.

The sample card has a woven label and tag, but is it not included with the textile order?

Is it possible to custom order a color that is not listed in the sample card?

Is it possible to print if there is no development below?

If it is under P or there is no development of color numbers for dyeing, we may print from white, etc., but there may be cases where the printing does not go well due to the chemical.

What color is the bottom P?

Under P, PFP (Prepare for Print) is unprocessed and undyed textile that has been treated for dyeing and printing.

Is it possible to order the textile so that there is no middle cut?

It is possible to cut to order it, but if it is 5m or more, it may be cut off.
In the case of cutting, if there is a cut in the middle, the cut is slightly longer.
Also, even in the case of original rolls, there may be pieces inside, so please order in quantities with a margin (loss).
