Handling
・Please use material cut from one roll. Avoid cutting and combining material from two rolls or from two lots. ・Regarding the sewing machine and needle, we recommend using a lingerie-specific machine and sewing at as low a speed as possible. ・As a measure against skipped stitches and ground thread breakage, we recommend SF#9 or KN#8 needles for the lockstitch machine. ・When using an interlock machine, we recommend DBX1#9S needles. ・Needle marks are likely to remain, so please avoid resewing as much as possible.
Is it possible to order fabric without any splice?
For cut-to-order items, this is possible, but for orders of 5 m or more, an interruption in the middle may occur. If there is an interruption in the middle for cut items, we cut them slightly longer. Also, even for roll items, there may be an interruption in the middle, so please place your order with some extra quantity to allow for waste (loss).
I ordered fabric by the roll, but isn’t the quantity the same as what I ordered?
When you order fabric by the roll, the exact length of a full roll may vary, so the delivered quantity may be slightly more or less than the quantity you ordered. If the quantity changes from your order, we will notify you of the quantity by email each time. If the quantity is greater, we will ask you to pay the difference. If it is less, credit card payments are charged the lower amount (your card is charged when your order ships). If you have already paid by bank transfer, or used a payment method that is charged when you place the order, such as Alipay, we will refund the difference within a few days after shipping.
Can I get test data for the lining?
