All-black water repellent zipper with a matte coating.
This is a resin coil zipper with a matte film finish on the tape surface and water-repellent functionality that hides the elements when closed. (Not fully waterproof.)
This is a two-way, head-to-head zipper that can be adjusted in length by cutting with scissors.
Comes with a black metal pull. Since this is a non-lock slider zipper, it is recommended for bags, backpacks, and similar items.
When sewing the zipper with a sewing machine, please use a zipper foot.
If shortening the zipper, for hand sewing, insert the needle from the back of the tape as shown in the diagram at the position of the element where you want to make a stopper, and create a "stopper" stitch. (Make a knot at the beginning of sewing and a backstitch at the end.)
When making a "stopper" with a sewing machine, adjust the stitch width first so that you can stitch across the elements before sewing. The slider will stop at the point where the "stopper" stitch is made. The unnecessary part of the tape can be cut with scissors. (The bottom stop section is hard, so it cannot be cut with scissors.)
