Wrap Hook

A fastener using a top part wrapped in textile. By using a fastener made with the outer fabric and matching textile, you can create a sense of unity that cannot be achieved with standard press fasteners.
※For the top part, there are normal and flat types. Please choose one.

About the material you provide
・Please send the material in its unprocessed state, without any treatment (glue coating, skiving, etc.).
・The thickness, stretch, and firmness of the material will be adjusted by backing or skiving.
・If adjustment is difficult, fabric wrapping process may not be possible.
・Please be sure to label the material with the front and back sides, color number, etc.

About size and structure
・Please specify the standard size.
・Please check the type of snap head.
・The structure differs depending on the size.
・There may be slight differences in the finished size depending on the material.
・For buttons 18 mm or larger, please check the needle detector sensitivity.

About pressing process
・Plastic lower dies are available for each size.
・Please conduct pressing tests at the sample stage and again before full production.
・When attaching to the product, we recommend processing after making a hole first.
・It may rotate when pressed in, or press marks may appear.
