Handling Precautions for the Series
The dot portions of the non-slip series are designed with resin selected with the highest priority on preventing slipping. For this reason, they are mainly composed of a relatively soft resin. Therefore, they also contain the following usage limitations.
Please note the following points in order to maximize the non-slip performance and maintain it over the long term.

1) Properties against heat (tumbler drying, ironing, heat press)
To ensure non-slip performance even in low-temperature environments, the main component is a resin that is sensitive to temperature.
Therefore, when exposed to high temperatures, the dots become soft and may deform, come off, or transfer.
For example, heat from tumbler drying or ironing falls into this category.
For laundry drying, avoid forced heated drying such as with a tunbler, and we recommend line drying in the shade.
Ironing and heat pressing involve not only heat but also pressure, so these are the most important to avoid.

2) Properties against plasticizers, waxes, and oils
Plasticizers contained in vinyl chloride sheets, sofas, and the like, as well as waxes and oils in flooring materials, furniture, and similar items, may soften the dots and cause transfer, detachment, or deformation.
Please avoid direct, prolonged contact.

3) Properties against solvents (kerosene, thinner, etc.)
The resin in the dots dissolves or swells in certain solvents. For example, if kerosene, thinner, or other solvents are spilled, do not rub immediately; soak them up with a cloth or the like and remove them.
Please also avoid using solvents for stain removal when soiled, etc.

4) Dry cleaning
Likewise, please avoid dry cleaning.

5) Washing
Hand washing in lukewarm water is recommended. If using a washing machine, place the item in a mesh laundry bag and wash on the "gentle" setting. In the case of composite products such as those with a face fabric, hand wash in lukewarm water, as strong friction and other loads may cause the dots to come off.

6) Strong friction and excessive load
If heavy furniture or the like is placed on the item, the dots may be crushed. In addition, dragging or friction may cause the dots to partially peel off or deform. Please avoid these actions.

7) Contact with glossy surfaces such as varnished or lacquered finishes
Please avoid placing it on glossy surfaces such as pianos. Marks from the dots may remain on glossy surfaces.

8) Blocking phenomenon
As noted at the beginning, because the dots use a relatively soft resin, it cannot be said that there is absolutely no possibility of adhesion to the item in contact due to the combination of the above issues. Please check occasionally for any abnormalities.

9) Properties against sunlight
The dots are relatively resistant to sunlight, but we would not object to avoiding direct sunlight. By avoiding it, you can use the item for a longer period.
