By using special yarns and different colors for the warp thread and weft thread, it achieves the complex, distinctive color and luster of chambray. It easily adds a decorative touch to standard outer fabrics. Thanks to Nittobo's special technology, it is a material that makes single-layer construction possible. Simply press-bond it to your chosen outer fabric with a press machine, and it can add the functions of fusible interlining, such as shape retention, improved sewability, and added body-holding power, while also adding lining functions such as improved comfort and reinforcement of the outer fabric. It is a new accessory material. In addition, when making bonding materials, the bonding material setup and process are required, but because bonding can be done at the sewing factory, improved productivity can be expected. Since single-layer construction is possible, shortening of pattern making and sewing processes can also be expected.
